So wurde in der Via Cenni ein sozialer Wohnbau mit vier neungeschossigen, je 27 Meter hohen "Holztürmen" errichtet. Auf 17.000 Quadratmetern entstanden hier 124 Wohnungen. Nach nur einem Jahr Bauzeit konnte die Dachgleiche der Türme gefeiert werden.
