Die erste österreichische Immobilienrating-Software hat das Kärntner Unternehmen R&S Software vor Kurzem auf den Markt gebracht. Das gemeinsam mit der Fachgruppe Immobilien der Wirtschaftskammer und der Fachhochschule Kufstein entwickelte Programm funktioniert auf Bezirksebene, größere Städte sind in Stadtbezirke unterteilt. Für Wohn-,Gewerbeund Büroobjekte wird ein konkretes Rating erstellt.
