Neue PwC-Erhebung zum Gewerbeimmobilienmarkt: Magdeburg, Erfurt, Dresden bieten hohe Renditen / München, Stuttgart oder Hamburg sind für Investoren "sichere Häfen"
Auf der diesjährigen Fachmesse für Immobilienfachleute, der MIPIM in Cannes, repräsentieren viele internationale Projekte aus aller Welt das breite Spektrum der Immobilienbranche. Dazu zählen Büro-, Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien ebenso wie Projekte aus den Bereichen Hotel und Tourismus sowie Industrie und Logistik. Hier ist vorab eine Auswahl jener Immobilien, die vom 10. bis 13. März in Cannes gezeigt wird.
Das Volumen soll 150 Millionen Euro betragen. Als Joint-Lead Manager wurden die Erste Group Bank und die UniCredit Bank Austria mandatiert. Weiters setzt der Konzern den strategischen Rückzug aus Märkten wie Bulgarien und Ungarn fort.
